Everything went well. The crew did a great job.
As far as I am concerned, no. Everyone was very polite, worked fast and hard, very neat and clean, very respectful of the office and belongings. The people and job were great!!!
Overall experience was good. Although, your installers must have disconnected our printer and when they reconnected it, they inserted the power cord into the wrong data port. Not knowing this, I spent over an hour working with our IT folks to get the printer working again. If the installer had just remembered the correct data port to use, our work day would not have been so disrupted. Thank you for the opportunity to give these comments.

Everything was done to perfection. The techs were great to work with and I would have back in a heartbeat. You have several great crews that you should be proud of. Love the professional look of the survey cards and the lift notice left at desks!
Maybe provide instructions/notice 2 days before “today’s the day” in case we have a busy afternoon! Otherwise, it was GREAT!

Nothing you could have done better. I would like to add that one of the installers made a return trip to my office the following night just to make sure everything was ok. This is a great level of customer service and was much appreciated. Kenneth and the crew were wonderful. I’m quite picky – all the punch list items were addressed quickly and accurately, with an extremely helpful attitude. A great crew and leader – this install was much easier than I ever thought possible.

I came back in this morning and my work area was just like I had left it, except for the new carpet. Great job!
The carpet replacement was perfect. Very little for me to do before-hand, and when I got back to my desk after the carpet had been replaced, everything was the way I left it.Excellent job!

I had to work late the night that the guys came in to replace the carpet. They were very considerate, and worked around me (even though I know this was a hassle for them). I was thoroughly impressed with their positive attitude, and flexibility. The carpet looks wonderful, too!!

Very professional job. My area of the office received about a weeks notice which was great. Others only received one day notice. More than one day is needed as meetings, etc. sometimes make it difficult to get to with one day notice.

I like to work late so it would be helpful if I’d had a better idea what time the workers would arrive to start the carpet replacement process. But, I was impressed with how quickly they worked and that the overall disruption was very brief.
Everything was handled perfectly. I was concerned at first about whether I would be able to sit in office with newly installed carpet because of the strong smell. Thus far, it hasn’t bothered me. The smell is barely noticeable. I can detect it because of my allergies but so far so good and no problem. I’m amazed at the way your equipment can lift up the desk without making a mess of the contents inside the drawers and credenzas. Thanks for the great job.

Not your issue, but color could be better
Carpet looks great. About time they did something around here. Would like to have seen a more vibrant color than gray/blue but it looks great.
The communication was excellent. I especially like the card you left letting me know the carpet in my office would be replaced that night. I liked the followup card and mint, too!

The only thing that could’ve been done better was to have receive notification of the installation sooner; only received notification the day before installation took place.
Very professional staff who were more then thoughtful of ensuring they did not place any obstructions in our way to complete their task.
It is great. There was one small (electrical cover) under my desk that was missed. Great overall!

AMAZING WORK! I THINK THE LACK OF COMMUNICATION WAS ON OUR END, BETWEEN FACILITIES AND THE CARPET PEOPLE. IT WAS UNBELIEVABLE THAT I COULD GO HOME ONE NIGHT AND COME BACK THE NEXT MORNING WITH THE ONLY DIFFERENCE BEING THE CARPET ON THE FLOOR…NOTHING ELSE DISTURBED! There is nothing you could have done better. As a manager, I was very impressed at the smoothness the crew worked together and each of their politeness and professionalism. Kenney was great and it is a pleasure having him on site. We have received absolutely no complaints from the staff.
